Chúa Giê-xu Nói Trước về Tương Lai
1Khi Chúa Giê-xu bước ra khỏi Đền Thờ, một môn đệ thưa: “Thầy xem, Đền Thờ này thật tráng lệ, trang trí toàn đá quý cả!” 2Chúa Giê-xu đáp: “Đền Thờ vĩ đại các con trông thấy đây, một ngày kia sẽ bị san bằng, không còn đến hai tảng đá chồng lên nhau nữa!” 3Khi Chúa Giê-xu ngồi trên núi Ô-liu đối ngang Đền Thờ, Phi-e-rơ, Gia-cơ, Giăng, và Anh-rê đến hỏi riêng: 4“Xin Thầy cho chúng con biết bao giờ việc ấy xảy ra, và có dấu hiệu gì báo trước?” 5Chúa Giê-xu đáp: “Phải đề phòng, để các con khỏi bị lừa gạt. 6Nhiều người sẽ mạo danh Ta, tự xưng ‘ta là Đấng Mết-si-a.’ Họ làm cho nhiều người lầm lạc. 7Các con sẽ nghe chiến tranh bùng nổ, và những tin tức khủng khiếp về chiến tranh, nhưng các con đừng bối rối, vì những biến cố ấy phải xảy ra, nhưng chưa đến ngày tận thế. ▼▼Ngày cuối cùng
8Dân tộc này sẽ tiến đánh dân tộc khác, nước nọ tuyên chiến với nước kia. Nhiều xứ sẽ bị động đất và đói kém. Đó chỉ là giai đoạn đầu của cơn đại nạn. 9Phải đề phòng! Người ta sẽ bắt giải các con ra tòa, đánh đập các con giữa hội đường. Vì Ta, các con sẽ bị xét xử trước mặt các vua và các tổng trấn. Đó là cơ hội để các con nói về Ta cho họ. 10Vì Phúc Âm phải được công bố cho mọi dân tộc đều biết, rồi mới đến ngày tận thế. 11Khi bị bắt đưa ra tòa, các con đừng lo phải nói những gì, nhưng chỉ nói những điều Chúa cho biết vào giờ đó. Lúc ấy không phải các con nói, nhưng chính Chúa Thánh Linh sẽ nói cho các con. 12Anh sẽ phản bội em, đem nộp em cho người ta giết, cha sẽ nộp con, con cái sẽ phản nghịch, đưa cha mẹ vào chỗ chết. 13Mọi người sẽ ganh ghét các con vì các con thuộc về Ta. Nhưng ai nhẫn nhục chịu đựng đến cuối cùng sẽ được cứu. 14Khi các con thấy vật ghê tởm ▼▼Nt vật ghê tởm làm cho hoang tàn

đừng quay vào nhà góp nhặt của cải. 16Ai ở ngoài đồng, đừng trở về nhà lấy áo. 17Trong những ngày đó, không ai khổ cho bằng đàn bà có thai hay người mẹ có con còn bú! 18Các con hãy cầu nguyện để biến cố đó đừng xảy ra vào mùa Đông. 19Vì lúc ấy sẽ có tai họa khủng khiếp chưa từng thấy trong lịch sử từ khi Đức Chúa Trời sáng tạo trời đất, và trong tương lai cũng chẳng bao giờ có nữa. 20Nếu Đức Chúa Trời không rút ngắn những ngày tai họa, cả nhân loại sẽ bị diệt vong. Nhưng vì con dân Ngài, Chúa sẽ giảm bớt những ngày đó. 21Khi ấy, nếu ai bảo các con: ‘Đấng Mết-si-a vừa đến nơi kia,’ hay ‘Ngài ở đây,’ các con đừng tin. 22Vì những đấng Mết-si-a giả hay tiên tri giả sẽ xuất hiện và làm phép lạ để lừa gạt nhiều người, có thể đánh lừa cả con dân Chúa. 23Các con phải đề phòng! Ta đã nói trước mọi việc rồi! 24Trong những ngày đó, sau cơn đại nạn, mặt trời sẽ tối tăm,
mặt trăng cũng không chiếu sáng,
25các vì sao trên trời sẽ rơi rụng,
và các quyền lực dưới bầu trời sẽ rung chuyển. ▼ 26Nhân loại sẽ trông thấy Con Người ▼

giáng xuống trong mây trời, với vinh quang và uy quyền tuyệt đối. ▼ 27Ta sẽ sai các thiên sứ tập họp con dân Ta khắp bốn phương, từ những nơi chân trời góc biển. 28Các con nên rút tỉa bài học cây vả. Khi cây đâm chồi nảy lộc, các con biết sắp đến mùa hạ. 29Cũng thế, khi thấy các dấu hiệu ấy xuất hiện, các con biết ngày Ta trở lại rất gần, Ta đã đến ngay bên cửa. 30Ta quả quyết, thế hệ này chưa qua đi thì các biến cố ấy đã xảy ra rồi. 31Trời đất sẽ tiêu tan nhưng lời Ta vẫn còn mãi mãi. 32Không một ai biết được ngày giờ tận thế. Ngay cả thiên sứ và chính Con Người cũng không biết. Chỉ Cha biết mà thôi. 33Các con phải đề phòng, cảnh giác, vì không biết Ta đến giờ nào! 34Như trường hợp chủ nhà đi xa, giao cho đầy tớ mỗi người một việc, và bảo người gác cổng phải thức canh. 35Cũng thế, các con phải cảnh giác! Vì các con không biết giờ nào chủ nhà trở lại—có thể lúc trời vừa tối, hoặc nửa đêm, lúc gà gáy, hay buổi bình minh. 36Nếu chủ trở về bất ngờ, đừng để chủ bắt gặp các con đang ngủ. 37Lời Ta dặn các con, Ta cũng nói với mọi người: Phải cảnh giác chờ đợi Ta trở lại!”

How do I do a word study?

When you click on a word, the detailed lexicon opens with:
'Vocabulary' Bibles link the translation to Greek & Hebrew. So far, only some Bibles have this vocabulary feature. They are shown in the Bible select screen with the letter 'V'.
It is the number of occurrences of a word in the Bible. Click on it to see them all in the selected Bible(s).
This reveals different forms for some words and names. These details are often interesting to scholars, eg the word 'beginning' in Genesis.
